Lithium is an exhibition that dives deeper into the element that is not only a source of energy for society, but also for ourselves. Conceived as a spa resort (revitalising lithium spas were all the rage in the 19^th century), it highlights the beneficial and destructive elements of the eternal human search for energy. Researchers, designers and artists offer their perspectives on an urgent question: how often can we recharge our batteries without addressing the causes of depletion, in both ourselves and the planet?
